The all-moms burlesque revue is back for its third annual installment. As in previous years, this edition features a slew of bodacious burly-Q breeders exploring all sides of motherhood through striptease and song: the upside, the downside and the backside.

The brainchild of bawdy burlesque hostess (and proud parent) Raven Snook, and presented in conjunction with Mamapalooza, the show includes performances by many of last year's hot mamas, including Slipper Room co-owner Camillicious, The Incredible Edible Akynos, the gorgeous Ginger Baker and out-of-this-world Cosmic Girl, as well as three new additions: spicy Viva Caliente, sweet Suga' Bomba and curvaceous Kat Mon Dieu. Also on hand to celebrate procreation in her own special way, sexy (but childless) mama Creamy Stevens, co-creator of the legendary Starshine Burlesque.

When: Saturday, May 22 at 8 p.m. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
Where: The Slipper Room at 167 Orchard St. at Stanton St.

Raven Snook: A writer, performer, diva and parent, Raven has been emceeing New York-based burlesque shows since 2003, when she discovered that audiences enjoyed her combination of raunchy Borsch Belt humor, Ethel Merman vocals and Elvira clothes and cleavage. She has hosted Starshine Burlesque, Red Hots Burlesque, Le Scandal and the all-Jewish revue Kosher ChiXXX, which she also co-created. Other performing highlights include: acting in the original downtown cast of Urinetown; being typecast as a vampire on the ABC sitcom Talk to Me; appearing as a "female female impersonator" on The Maury Povich Show; playing a dominatrix-like self-help guru in the award-winning short film Slo-Mo, telling stories at The Moth and Heeb Storytelling; and her autobiographical one-woman show How I Became a Drag Queen Trapped in a Woman's Body. As a writer, she has contributed entertainment-related articles to Time Out, The Village Voice, The New York Post, TV Guide, New York Magazine's Web site and Heeb Magazine. Oh yeah, she's a mom, too, and hopes to hand down her sequin-studded pasties to her daughter someday.
Camillicious: Camillicious (a.k.a. Camille Habacker) would like to thank Miss Raven Snook for the invitation to participate in Hot Mama Burlesque. Camille is the proud mother of Veronica and Lincoln and co-owner of The Slipper Room with her husband, James. She hosts burlesque shows, DJs, works that go-go box and performs as, among other things, Conchita, Fanny Frye and, most recently, Linda Rhonda Linda, horn rock singer. She also acts in plays when her busy life permits.
Creamy Stevens: Creamy Stevens hails from a rusted-out bartertown and is the child of slaughterhouse workers. She spent her formative years in a juvenile facility honing her evil powers, and now shocks and delights audiences all over the country as a burlesque performer. She co-produces the long-running Starshine Burlesque with Little Brooklyn and also appears at other venues around the city. In her leisure time, she enjoys needlepoint and crushing the dreams of the young.
The Incredible, Edible, Akynos: The Incredible, Edible Akynos has been dancing since childhood, competing in talent contests throughout New York City performing her signature Janet Jackson routines. Even now, she takes diverse dance classes (jazz, tap, hip-hop) whenever she can to help enhance her high-energy dance stripteases. With a schedule so tight she doesn't have time to even think of sex let alone have it, she spends her spare moments updating her risqué adult Web site akynos.com, so members can get their daily dose of sex from her. Also an actress, she has been an extra in multiple movies (American Gangster and the upcoming Push) and appeared on stage in plays that no one has really heard of, but hey—she's done it! Akynos stands 4'11" tall with one of the juiciest booties in burlesque and hair as big as Diana Ross'. She's performed in locations such as a The Slipper Room, Rififi, Galapagos and Symphony Space. The doctors had a hard time delivering her because she came out with her dancing shoes on!
Ginger Baker: Trained in myriad dance forms—from ballet to flamenco to salsa, and everything in between—Ginger Baker was drawn to burlesque as a way to combine her love of dance with her passion for positive sexuality. With two kids under five, she still finds time for sassy striptease, and has performed at The Slipper Room, Glasslands and the Stonewall Inn thus far in 2008. She also produces her own show on Staten Island, bringing vampy vaudeville to the Forgotten Borough once a month with Ginger Baker's Candy Apple Burlesque.
Kat Mon Dieu: The firstborn of five kittens, country gal Kat quickly became adept at catching grasshoppers and voles. It was a happy life until a farm boy chased her mom away with a .22 and her siblings were whisked off in a burlap bag in the back of a green Chevy pickup. Kat escaped the same fate by hitching a ride with some hippies on their way to Mexico. After a spell South of the Border, she sauntered to the East Coast then hopped a ship to England. She earned her keep by performing a tightrope act with a traveling gypsy troupe, which sparked her love affair with the stage. Back stateside she realized that she’d not only acquired a chronic case of aviophobia, but also an inscrutable accent, which attracted many suitors due to its je ne sais quoi. She frequented French restaurants, and upon seeing her, the waiters would exclaim, “Cat! Mon Dieu! Sacre bleu!,” and proceed to chase after her for an autograph. That became the name that stuck (much better than some of the others). She spells cat with a K in honor of her little sister Kidi, lost to that burlap bag. In a 42nd Street-like ascent, Kat got her first lucky break "understudying" for Patricia Quinn in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Next, she portrayed the Duchess in The Aristocats on Ice at Madison Square Garden. On the way home from the show one evening, she was serenaded by a caterwauling genius and two months later they had a kitten. Sadly, he spent all of her earnings on sour milk and soon Kat couldn't even afford litter anymore so she went back to the School of Hard Knocks and learned how to deliver other cats’ kittens. To this day, she has delivered approximately 27,950 kitties, and has three half-grown kittens of her own. As they grow more self-sufficient, Kat finds herself longing to return to the stage.
Cosmic Girl: An intergalactic space-age sweet tart on a mission, Cosmic Girl is a flirty fancy pants armed with sparkly hulas and an infinite load of naughty fantasies. This saucy self-proclaimed heroine lives in a world of magical creatures, mischievous faeries and bawdy witches. A whimsical and inventive force that lives to enchant and grant wishes, she is on a journey of fun and sensual freedom. Conventional morals are for mere mortals, and she hasn't met one of those in years! An alpha dancer and striptease artist who's brought + her awesome go-go abilities to myriad planets, here on Earth she's performed on the stages of the Bowery Poetry Club, Le Poisson Rouge, Catty Shack and The Slipper Room. Next stop, your pleasure zone.
Viva Caliente: Mama Caliente expected to give birth to a lovely rose in New York’s famed Spanish Harlem, but instead a firecracker burst into the world. A fashionista and private-school bad girl, little Viva was a precocious tease who broke hearts and rules. She loved to dress up in outfits that hinted at her future: a vivacious vixen, charming cheater and daring dominatrix. In just two years, she’s managed to swing her tassels at such hotspots as The Slipper Room, Lucky Cheng’s, Starshine Burlesque, Otto’s Shrunken Head, Kitty Nights, Bowery Poetry Club and Camaradas. She also created her very own Viva Burlesque Show at Stitch Bar & Lounge. From diva to showgirl, sexpot to primptress, Viva’s always full of surprises, mystery and mischief.

Suga' Bomba: Suga’ Bomba was born and raised in the streets of Harlem USA as a fearless warrior and hunter in the concrete jungle. Coming of age in the gritty ‘70s, she learned how to sweeten life and slap pleasure in the face. After the heyday of the downtown club scene, Suga’ decided to establish a family, but as a performer she never settled down. She’s appeared in many hot NYC shows including Urban Erotika at the Bowery Poetry Club and the Rock ‘n’ Roll Variety Show at Ace of Clubs, and, as a member of Brown Girls Burlesque, she’s done everything from kittenin’ for Shock-a-delica at the Zipper Factory to takin’ it all off at Grind High. There’s never a dull moment for this New Yorker.
